My name is Brielle Rodriguez, and I am a Registered Nurse with experience caring for patients in dialysis, telemetry, and acute care settings. My nursing journey has allowed me to develop strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.

Currently, I practice in dialysis nursing, where I care for individuals with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. Working with this patient population has strengthened my understanding of chronic disease management, patient education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the importance of compassionate care.

I earned my nursing education with a commitment to professional excellence and continue to pursue opportunities that expand my knowledge and leadership abilities. My future goals include advancing my education, obtaining additional certifications, and transitioning into advanced practice nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

I believe nursing is more than providing treatments and medications. It is about advocating for patients, promoting dignity, supporting families, and making a positive difference during some of life's most challenging moments.
